Processing & packing Day 1–3

Our team verifies, picks, and carefully packs your order. Processing takes 1–3 business days depending on order volume.



Shipped & tracking active Day 2–4

Once handed to the carrier, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.


Delivered Day 5–11

Your gear arrives at your door. If no one is available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with next steps.

Delivery times are estimates in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Peak seasons (holidays, sale events) may add 1–2 extra days to processing. We'll always notify you of any significant delays.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
